EMEA platform
Natixis is present in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and operates in 8 countries
(with 5 branches in London, Madrid, Frankfurt and Dubai, 2 subsidiaries in Moscow
and in Frankfurt, and 2 representative offices in Johannesburg and Almaty). Its
platform of around 600 professionals leverages the bank's financing and capital
market activities, with the objective being to assist major local and international
clients and develop its specialist business expertise in this region.
The EMEA platform provides a wide array of structured finance solutions: asset finance,
commodities finance, export finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and
securitization. In Germany, Natixis opens a mortgagebank,
Natixis Pfandbriefbank AG, its main activity is the financing of European
commercial real estate transactions.
In the capital markets domain, it furnishes bond finance, placement and hedging
products that integrate diverse underlyings such as fixed-income, credit and commodities.
The EMEA platform’s commodities market skills are available to the whole bank via
its specialist London-based team.

Americas platform
The Americas platform delivers a diversified range of structured financing and capital
markets solutions, encompassing both vanilla and structured transactions across
the spectrum of risk profiles. Our clients include institutional, corporate and
local government clients in North and South America.
Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking Americas has offices in New York, Houston, Montreal,
Buenos Aires, Lima, Mexico City, and São Paolo, and a staff of more than 550.
The Americas platform devises an exhaustive range of products and services, all
with the support of local research teams.
In the structured financing field, we specialize in securitization, global energy
and commodities, project finance, acquisition and strategic finance, real estate

or representative offices) via a platform staffed by 380 professionals and combining
financing and capital market activities. The platform is geared to assisting large
Asian and international clients in the Asia-Pacific region and leveraging the expertise
of business lines specialized in this fast-growing region.
The Asia-Pacific platform delivers a broad array of structured financing solutions
including asset, commodity & energy, acquisition, strategic, project and structured
export finance, as well as syndication services.
On capital markets, the platform provides flow products for local clients from a
cross-selling standpoint with financing activities. The offering is rounded out
with an Equity Finance activity.
